Chief Career Officer & CEO

Amen Justice-Awuzie is a University Instructor, Career Coach, and HR strategist who has supported hundreds of students and job seekers with resumes, job searches, and career growth. Active on hiring boards and in recruitment, she shares real-world advice people need now. She’s especially passionate about youth and young adult learners and committed to helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

    We offer interactive seminars that mix goal setting, discussion, and gamified career or college prep. Schools can also book keynote talks or student coaching sessions for personalized support.

  • Non-Profit & Community Organizations

    We partner with programs serving youth to deliver workshops, keynotes, and custom career/college consulting. Our sessions build confidence, direction, and real-world readiness through engaging activities.

  • Parents & Families

    We help your student or graduate build clarity and confidence through 1-on-1 career / college coaching and parent calls that guide families through key college and career decisions.
